Due to the COVID19 outbreak we understand people are facing hard times under these circumstances, your wedding date may have been or will be CANCELED or POSTPONED due to this event. We will happily refund your deposit if your wedding takes place prior to May 21st 2020 or if we have to cancel due to illness, however Weddings postponed or canceled that take place after May 21st 2020 will not be applicable for the deposit refund. Weddings who postpone please keep in touch and let us know the new date of your wedding day so we can update our calendars. Weddings who would like to cancel instead of postponing please note that a refund WILL NOT be given at this time.
Portrait Booking & Refunds

Due to the COVID19 outbreak we are no longer scheduling any new clients as of March 30th. We are unsure how long this will last but hopefully we can get back to shooting as soon as we can. Please do not worry our team is Fit and healthily as we hope for your family is as well but due to the shut downs we have to close doors for the next 30 days. We currently have no portrait clients in the books for refunds but if we did our policy is as follows if you posted a deposit after March 10th & Booked between April 1st - May 30th you will be refunded your deposit or reschedual.

Policy
For clients wanting extra peace of mind, we offer an optional Cancellation Coverage that can be added on when booking us. Otherwise, if Clients cancel for any reason, Emjayography LLC will not refund any portion of the deposit or payments made prior to the date of cancellation. If Clients cancel within 2 months or less of the wedding date, the entire balance will be owed to Emjayography LLC. Clients give permission to charge the credit card that is on file immediately following cancellation.
There are also a number of companies outside of our studio that offer wedding and event insurance policies. Should you purchase a policy from another company, we advise that it be from a trusted source. We also encourage you to find coverage that includes reimbursement for your vendor costs, in the unlikely event your event must be cancelled.
